Howard Barnes
Co-Director and Founder – TOM International

Howard is the son of Salvation Army Pastor parents from the UK. He served God as a Secondary School teacher for 37 yearrs until God called him out to set up a ministry that eventually has come to be known as Time Out Mission International. For some time he pastored a church in the UK but now he is a Co-Founder and Co-director of TOM. As a part of his apostollic calling, he passionately carries the mandate, which is embedded deeply in Time Out Mission (TOM), 1) to heal the broken and divided Body of Christ around the world 2) to raise awareness of Her Bridal identity and destiny and 3) to thus position Her for more effective mission. Howard is also a musician and artist.

Mike Pike
Co-Director and Founder – TOM International

Mike previously has served God amongst the poor and homeless, as an evangelist and pastor in London, England and Scotland. He is a ‘builder’ and ‘pioneer’ and exercises an apostollic ministry with both teaching and prophetic gifting. Mike is also a qualified accountant and businessman and his expertise has been a blessing to many churches and charities. But most of all, his greatest passion is to 1) encourage personal and corporate intimacy with Jesus within the Church and 2) to equip and prepare the Bride both to service the Lord and to be ready for the coming of Her Bridegroom King. He is a worshipper, musician and Christian author.

Pat Torok
Head of TOM Womens Ministry USA.

Pat is an evangelist/teacher and has a deep love and effective ministry to hurting people. She operates in the prophetic and in the healing and deliverance ministry and has a heart for ’soul and inner healing’. She has been used by the Lord many times to see those who are bound set free. Pat is also a worshipper, musician and singer and has recorded several Worship and Praise CD’s. She has a psalmnist anointing.

Jill Munby
Head of TOM Womens Ministry UK

Jill  has served for many years in the Anglican Church, UK, alongside her husband the Rev David Munby (TOM UK National Director). However she also has a powerful ministry in her own right as an evangelist and is head of TOM’s Women’s Ministry in the UK. Jill has a beautiful sensitive spirit and moves effectively in the prophetic and healing ministry especially in the area of inner healing. She is both a musician and worshipper and a psalmnist.

Tony James
Training and Teaching TOM International

Tony has been a a businessman, Secondary School teacher in the UK and has also pastored. In addition, for the last thirty years Tony has also been a missionary throughtout India. He has a prophetic and teaching ministry and heads up the Training and Equiping Department for Tom International.
