What the Lord is doing in Uganda!

I would like to begin with thanking the Lord for all the members of TOM across the world who have
worked tirelessly to ensure the growth of TOM and not forgetting all those who are loyal to Time Out Mission world wide. May His grace, peace, happiness and surprises be the gifts in your life.

In Uganda, we have all the reasons to praise God right from the beginning of this year when He encouraged us through His word in 2Chronicles 16:9a which says, ”For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him.” We believe that this scripture together with the help of the Holy Spirit who is the driving force within us will lead us with TOM at large through 2010. Considering TOMs development in Uganda this year that springs out of that word in relation to TOMs calling of healing the broken body of Christ, we would like to present our plan of dividing Uganda up geographically into it’s districts etc. and asking the Lord to connect us to His servants in those districts who have the same vision as we do for unity, intimacy and Bridal identity and who could serve TOM as district representatives or coordinators; who will come together to take TOMs vision to the outer most parts of Uganda. Please, pray that God will facilitate us through the process.

On the other hand, we want to continue thanking the Lord for the progress in the Children’s work… Amen? The consequence of this programme is that we are seeing the restoration and social development of each child as well as their spiritual development. This is holistic because the Lord is blessed, the child is blessed, their family through the reconciliation between them is blessed and the community is blessed. We praise the Lord for all of that! Please, we call you to remember us in every beat of your prayer as we plan the ’advance.’

In conclusion, I would like to encourage all Time Out Mission members and well wishers across the world to take heart for the Lord’s promise in Philippians 4:19 which says, ”But my God shall supply all your need according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.” (KJV) will absolutely become fresh in our vision and in our life. Less continue working together as a team as the Bible teaches us in
1 Peter 3:8. Through team work and offering supplications, we will be able to fulfill our mission and vision.
